I must tell you about this as I found it very interesting. The Chilliwack corn maze arranges events yearly based on new and unique themes. Their theme is mainly related to global current affairs, which can inspire young minds and motivate them to take up farming or to study and conduct research based on farming activities. They even take special care in arranging events for those in the play schools.
For those who donโt know about this, let me share some facts-
In 2022, the farms partnered with Science World to create the kettle corn maze with the unique theme of dinosaurs and chickens. The science world worked extensively on the design of the giant Tyrannosaurus Rex. This yearโs corn maze marks the 24th anniversary of the corn maze and its operations. This playful, family-friendly yet unique, and ferocious design, which shares characteristics of the prehistoric dinosaur, was aimed at bridging the connection between the prehistoric dinosaur and the modern chicken, and it seems to have shared similar specifications.
It was a display to show thatย chickens were the sole living members of the dinosaur group, the โTherapodaโ group of dinosaurs. Besides such an extravagant display, Science World also created 12 extensive dinosaurs and chicken-themed quizzes for visitors. If the visitors could answer those, they could open the door to the next checkpoint until they found the door to escape. Visitors were also given two options: a family-friendly short maze-friendly maze of 15 to 20 minutes and a longer, more challenging maze of 30 to 40 minutes.
3. Games and Events
Besides games and activities, the farm also arranges for farm animal displays, private events, seasonal farm food and flower exhibitions, pumpkin farm lavender fields, and garden and picnic areas. Wait the list has not yet ended, there is much more to it. You will also enjoy the corn sandbox, pedal kart track, farm carousel, indoor hay bale maze, outback hay rides, a hay bale maze, hay rides, misting stations, corn box, antique farm machinery, duck races, geodesic dome, tether ball, bubble bar, etc.
