  • 1 large overripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 all-purpose flour


  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 large overripe banana peeled. Smash it using a fork.
  • Add 2 eggs to it. Using a whisker, mix them thoroughly without any lumps.
  • Now gradually add all-purpose flour and give it a mix. Not to worry if there are lumps. Now the pancake batter is ready.
  • Heat a pan and pour the batter into it as needed.

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup or 120grams of levelled all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk ( Regular milk/low-fat milk/ almond milk/oat milk)
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Butter/vegetable oil for frying


  • Keep all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to mix. The flour mixture is now ready. Keep aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, you have to mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Don’t worry if it does not seem super smooth. Life has ups and downs as well. So does the bananas, which makes pancake delicious.
  • Now plop one egg, add milk, vanilla extract, and melted unsalted butter. Give it a good mix.

  • 1 1/2 cup levelled all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (unsalted)

  • Butter/vegetable oil for frying
